For almost thirty years, Bob Moss has served tirelessly as a volunteer and community activist to maintain and improve the quality of life for Palo Alto residents. He has contributed countless hours on issues including city budget, flood control, library services, senior citizen programs, and zoning.
If elected, he will work to provide the best possible representation for Palo Alto Citizens.
His goals are to:
Listen to Palo Alto residents and be responsive to their needs and concerns.
Improve traffic flow through the city and alleviate commuter gridlock
Address the job-housing imbalance and create policies that will provide equal-opportunity housing
Continue his work to ensure our schools are connected to the Internet and provide affordable Internet access to residents
Support our local libraries and commit resources to their continuing survival and growth in the next millenium
Review and modernize the existing design guidelines to ensure residential compatibility and preservation
Preserve the quality of our neighborhoods
Make local government more efficient and effective. Work proactively to anticipate issues and concerns before they become major problems.
